Merck & Co., Inc. Merck sells its products primarily to drug wholesalers and retailers, hospitals, clinics, government agencies and managed healthcare providers, such as health maintenance organizations and other institutions.

Visteon Corporation (Visteon), incorporated in January 2000, is a supplier of automotive systems, modules and components to vehicle manufacturers and the automotive aftermarket. The Company supports its components, systems and modules with a range of styling, design, testing and manufacturing capabilities, including just-in-time and in-sequence delivery. The Company has operations in most geographic areas, principally, including the United States, Mexico, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Korea, China and India. As of December 31, 2005, the Company had three segments: Automotive Operations, Glass Operations and Services Operations. The Company's Automotive Operations supply automotive systems, modules and components on a global basis for product offerings related to climate control, interior, exterior, power train, chassis and electronics. The Company's Glass Operations supply automotive glass products to Ford and various aftermarket customers, and float glass for commercial architectural and automotive applications. The Company's Services Operations supply leased personnel and transition services as required by certain agreements entered into by the Company with Automotive Components Holdings, LLC (ACH).
