The Development Team

The developer, Corvest Realty Group, Inc., is a full-service real estate investment company, providing services across the entire real estate investment life cycle, including property management, brokerage services, asset management, portfolio management, and investment management. The development and property management for the property will be provided by Corvest Realty Management, Inc.

Michael Corenzwit is the primary driver behind Corvest Realty Group´s growth, culture, and entrepreneurial environment, and he also oversees and manages the company´s diverse real estate operations, including asset management, investment, leasing, and facility and property management. Today, Michael brings his vision and contrarian approach to real estate investing to the full-service real estate firm that bears his name. The Corvest organization has been active in the Philadelphia real estate scene since 1975, opportunistically acquiring and renovating commercial, residential, industrial, and retail properties throughout the region.

Corvest has engaged an outstanding team of professionals to assist us in the development process. The project architect is Thomas E. Hall & Associates, which has designed 30 +/- similar projects for such companies as O´Neill Properties Group, Preferred Properties Group, Brandywine Realty Trust, GE Capital and Keystone Property Group. Hall's experience in successfully converting industrial properties to Class A offices is extensive and will help ensure the viability of the project. The General Contractor and Construction Manager is Penntex Construction, Inc., which has built numerous office facilities in the Greater Philadelphia region for clients including Liberty Property Trust, Brandywine Realty Trust, Keystone Property Group and many others.
